We have outlined the following terms and conditions to ensure transparency and fairness. By availing our services or purchasing/renting equipment, you agree to these terms and conditions. 1. General Terms

2. By using our website, purchasing or renting equipment, or hiring our nursing services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

4. Any changes to the terms and conditions will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Your continued use of our services will be considered your consent to any changes we make.
2. Medical Equipment on Rent or Sale
1. Equipment Availability:
All medical equipment available for rent or sale is subject to availability. We strive to provide the best quality equipment to our customers, but availability may vary based on demand.
2. Equipment Condition:
All equipment is thoroughly inspected and tested before being rented or sold. We ensure the equipment works well and meets all safety standards.
3. Rental Period:
The rental period for medical equipment will be agreed upon at the time of rental. Extensions to the rental period must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Security Deposit:
A security deposit is required to rent medical equipment. The amount of the deposit will vary depending on the type of equipment. This deposit is refundable upon the return of the equipment in good condition. The deposit will be forfeited if the equipment is damaged or not returned.
5. Payment Terms:
Advance payment is required for all rentals and sales. The total amount due, including applicable taxes and fees, must be paid before the equipment is delivered or picked up. We will go over the many payment options we accept during the process.
6. Transport Charges:
Transport charges are applicable for the delivery and pickup of equipment. These charges will be calculated based on the distance from our office to the delivery location. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the customer is responsible for both sides of the transport charges.
7. Return of Equipment:
Rented equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon date. Late returns will incur additional charges. If the equipment is not returned within the stipulated time, we reserve the right to take legal action to recover it or its value.
8. Damages and Repairs:
The customer is responsible for maintaining the equipment in good condition. Any damages caused by misuse, negligence, or accidental damage will be the customer's responsibility. The cost of repairs or replacement of damaged equipment will be deducted from the security deposit, and the customer must pay any additional fees.
3. Nursing Services at Home
1. Service Availability:
Our nursing services are available for a wide range of medical needs. However, service availability is subject to the availability of our nursing staff.
2. Service Agreement:
A service agreement will be signed before the commencement of nursing services. This agreement will outline the services to be provided, the duration of the services, and the payment terms.
3. Advance Payment:
Advance payment is required for nursing services. The total amount due will be agreed upon before the services commence, and full payment must be made in advance.
4. Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel the nursing services, you must provide notice at least 24 hours before. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Service Quality:
Our goal is to offer the best possible nursing care. Our staff has extensive training and experience in giving in-home medical care. However, we do not accept liability for any outcomes related to the patient's medical condition under our care.
6. Confidentiality:
We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. Our personal and medical information will be kept confidential and used only for the agreed-upon services.
4. Customer Responsibilities
1. Accurate Information:
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when renting equipment or arranging nursing services. This includes personal information, medical details, and any other relevant information.
2. Care of Equipment:
Customers renting equipment must take proper care of the equipment and use it according to the instructions provided. Any damage caused by improper use will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. Access for Service Providers:
For nursing services, the customer must provide a safe and suitable environment for the nurse to perform their duties. The customer must also provide access to any necessary equipment or supplies required for the service.
5. Liability and Indemnity
1. Limited Liability:
IBP Healthcare Solutions Private Limited will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our services or equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
2. Indemnity:
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold IBP Healthcare Solutions Private Limited, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from using our services or equipment. This includes any legal fees incurred in defending against such claims.
6. Dispute Resolution
1. Governing Law:
The laws of India govern these terms and conditions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, UP, India.
2. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to arbitration, with the arbitrator's decision being final and binding.
